Our Commitment 

  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and operational standards related to health, safety, and the environment. 
  • Set measurable health, safety, and well-being (HS&W) objectives and celebrate achieving these targets. 
  • Identify, assess, and control hazards, striving to eliminate or reduce risks to acceptable levels. 
  • Inform employees, contractors, visitors, and the public about potential hazards and impacts. 
  • Promote safe behaviours and eliminate unsafe practices through training and reinforcement. 
  • Investigate incidents and share lessons learned with stakeholders to prevent recurrence. 
  • Engage with employees and contractors to continually improve HS&W performance. 
  • Provide necessary resources and training to ensure compliance and foster a culture of safety and well-being. 
  • Nurture a healthy, positive work culture where there is zero tolerance for the inappropriate use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace. 

Governance & Accountability 

This policy is established by Innavi’s leadership and implemented through defined rules, procedures, training, and guidance. The leadership team at Innavi oversees the development and execution of plans to meet the policy’s aims and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The policy will be reviewed and approved annually, or more often if required, to keep it effective and relevant.
