Del Huwes is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry. As the Director of Innavi he brings a wealth of knowledge particularly in the realm of commercial kitchen design and construction. Dels true passion lies in the intersection of technology and sustainability in the hospitality sector. He is particularly enthusiastic about modern kitchen equipment that offers significant environmental benefits, Innovative technologies that are revolutionising the industry, and sustainable practices that challenge traditional methods.

Kelly Steele

Head Of Growth & Projects

Kelly Steele, Head Of Growth & Projects at Innavi, brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from owning her own catering business to designing some of Australia’s most iconic venues. Growing up in the Captain Planet era, Kelly has become a strong advocate for sustainability, furthering her commitment by completing the Cambridge Corporate Sustainability Certificate. Passionate about circular solutions, she is dedicated to fostering connections between people and the origins of their food, working toward a more sustainable future for the industry.

Matthew Haigh

Business Development

Matthew Haigh, Business Development Manager at Innavi is well known in the Hospitality industry as an executive Chef with over 33 years of working with some of Australias biggest names, companies and running some of the biggest events going. Whilst working as a Chef Matt was always dedicated to sourcing local and understanding the provenance of his products. Growing up in a farming community is South Gippsland taking care of the place we live in and working with the people that care for it has always been close to his heart making him enthusiastic to be working with a side of the hospitality industry that shares these values. Matt has extensive knowledge in foodservice and hospitality operations and events, plus functional commercial kitchen design.

Drawing on her extensive experience in marketing, communications, and hospitality, Lottie is dedicated to driving strategic growth at Innavi. Her professional approach focuses on expanding the organisation's market presence and delivering impactful brand messaging across diverse channels. Living in Australia's vibrant hospitality scene, Lottie has a deep appreciation for sustainable practices within the industry. She believes that environmentally focused venues not only protect our planet but also enhance guest experiences and strengthen community connections.
